Areas of particular note include the construction of a bespoke glass and hardwood staircase with sunken arrowslit lighting, the installation of concealed ceiling strip lighting throughout the property, and the creation of a sun tunnel to bring natural light into a brand new kitchen area.

Mitcham Renovation
We also replaced all floor boards and joists, built a new floor base throughout, and rebuilt the internal walls to client specification. A stud wall was built for a TV and speakers, with halo lights around the TV, and a suspended ceiling with spotlights and halo lighting around the entire lounge area (and continuing into the hallway) was built from scratch.
The renovation also called for a complete overhaul of the heating and electrical systems, including: three designer radiators, new water heater system (with large water tank), all new copper pipes ran to boiler system, a new fuse board and all new wiring throughout. Brand new windows and a new front door were fitted, a new staircase, all chimney breasts were taken out throughout house, and the entire property was fully plastered. A new laminate floor was installed upstairs, vinyl flooring downstairs, and a small under-stairs toilet was built – complete with wall-hung toilet and sink/vanity unit, tiling and finishing.
The kitchen area included the removal of the old kitchen, the building of a new 6m² brick wall extension, a newly-built roof with roof lantern (sky light) and also halo lighting, under-floor heating controlled by nest systems, under-cupboard lights, and a bifold set of doors with a smart door system.
